Second book containing "De Aspiratione", "Antonius", "Actius", "Aegidius", "Asinus" and "De Sermone", with contemporary binding. Only vol. 2 (of 3), 8vo (218 x 132mm). Lettres en attente, lacking the dialogue Charon, the collation is the following: A-E(8), F(8-F8), I8, K-QQ(8), RR(6) [lacking quires G, H, I1-I7] (A1 with great restored gap, F8 verso and K1 recto brown spots, light stains and spotting at the edge of some leaves). Contemporary red morocco, panels from an aldino-type Venetian binding, original boards decorated in gilt and blind, rhomboidal motif with mameluke-lily where, at the ends, there is a feathered-frieze, from the first half of the XVI century, in the upper part can be glimpsed "Pontani - Pars II", gilty edges (rebindined and restored preserving the original panels, rubbing, heavily on back panel). Provenance: trace of a manuscript note to the restored gap on 1 verso.
