Woodcut printer's device on titles and at the ends, woodcut initials on *ii, in all the rest of the book only guide-letters, after **iiii is inserted an engraving by Hubert-François Gravelot representing an half-body bust of Terentius (some occasional light spotting). Modern green calf, gilt spine and edges, at the beginning and at the end are inserted 2 modern vellum flyleaves (lightly rubbed, spine lightly faded). Provenance: marginalia in Latin (XVI century?) in ochre ink in the last part of the work, manuscript annotation on a label glued on the second endleaf in ink attributable to XVIII-XIX centuries, in Latin and English, with informations about the previous binding "Renovandi Copy in blue morocco with silk lining".
