21st December - The Decorative Arts of the 20th century and Design sale closes the Autumn semester of Il Ponte with excellent results, with a total annual turnover of over 2 million euros.

Top lots of the auction: Carlo Mollino's furniture, sold for a total of € 347,500, including the oak and marble bench and the boiserie, as well as the porcelain Wedding banquet plate by Alexandra Wassiljewna Stchekotichina-Potozkaja knocked down at € 50,000.

The two pairs of beds of the 'Casa del Sole' in Cervinia were also very contended, confirming the interest of collectors at an international level, for the executive quality and creativity of Carlo Mollino.

Many were the important awards, including the 6 lune lamps by Angelo Lelii for Arredoluce (lot 27, € 22,500 - lot 28, € 23,750), the Loie Fuller sculpture lamp by François Raoul Larche (lot 36, € 8.750) , Angelo Mangiarotti's table created for Sorgente del Mobile (lot 88, sold for € 11,250), and the wrought iron works by Umberto Bellotto and Alberto Gerardi (lots 60, 61, 62).
