White gold sapphire and diamond horseshoe brooch/pendant, centrally-set with a cabochon sapphire encircled by colourless tapered yellow tone diamonds and a curve row of brilliant-cut diamonds circa 3.00/3.50 carats overall, featuring three cabochon sapphires and surmounted by a pear-cut fancy light yellow diamond weighing 3.12 carats with slight brownish hue (cm 5x3). (gr 22.80) Accompanied by gemology certificate of CISGEM-Milano n. 81984IAA dated 10/10/13 stating that the pear-cut diamond is natural, weighs 3.12 carats, colour "fancy light, pale brownish yellow", clarity SI1.
