Woodcut initials, titles with architectural-style woodcut decorations. First work: books 1-5 with their own title on verso a woodcut vignette depicting the personification of Bologna (some stains mainly on 3B quire, small hole at A1-2, secondary hole at A-2N, few signs of marginal woodworm, some repairs). Second work: woodcut vignette at the verso of the title "Bononia mater studiorum" (some stains, some spotting). Third work: woodcut vignette at the verso of the title with Triumph of S. Vincenzo Ferreri (without blank H2, gap restored at the title, some spotting and stains). Fourth work: the Dominicans arms among the coats of arms of the dedicatee Camillo Borghese and the city of Bologna, at L4 recto woodcut portrait (some spotting and stains). Modern white vellum with a red label on the spine, modern endleaves (light defects, lightly rubbed). Provenance: after first opera 47 leaves with handwritten notes dating probably to XVII-XVII centuries, some other handwritten notes including a1 "Corsaris Manet [.] Enni J. C.", handwritten numerations on the upper margin.
