Engraved frontispiece, engraved arms of Milan on first title and engraved vignette on second title, woodcut initials and tailpieces, errata at end (second part lacking gathering 2π in the preliminaries containing "sexaginta urbis Mediolani decuriones" and without final blank). Backed in later calf, covers in earlier marbled paper, fine guards in elegant red paper decorated in gilt with emperor's portraits, red paper label title in gilt on spine (some rubbing).
