This is the first book printed by the Tipografia del Monastero of S. Ambrogio.   4to (272 x 210mm). Half-title, engraved frontispiece and title within architectural border, 8 headpieces of which 2 with city views and 6 with coins and bas-reliefs, 3 initials and 5 tail-pieces, all engraved, a plate with a facsimile of a document and a splendid large folding map of Milan (few light spots). Contemporary marbled boards (recased and restored) preserved in a modern marble case.
