A manuscript on vellum in fine binding describing the rules of the Olivetan nuns and ending with a copy of a letter from Ignatius of Loyola. Chapter 22 is of particolar interest and illustrates the rules "of eating" and behavior in the canteen. 4to (235 x 165mm). 44 vellum leaves, first initial gilt, text divided into 43 chapters (few stains). Contemporary red morocco with round metal corner pieces, in center the illustration of the Virgin Mary in gilt (some light wear and chipping).
