The 324 plates, designed by Andrea Orazi and engraved by Arnold van Westerhout, depict clothes of male and female religious orders. 3 volumes, 4to (242 x 180mm). Title and text within woodcut borders in Italian and Latin, 324 engraved plates, initials, woodcut head-and-tail pieces (π3 reinforced in the lower margin, lacking M7, the explanatory leaf of plate 48 which is erroneously numbered 46). Contemporary vellum, titles on gilt spine labels, red speckled edges (spine ends with small restorations, modern guards); preserved in fine modern papere cases. (3)
