Part of Merula's work with 20 engraved maps and 2 tables. Only 3 parts in one volume, 12mo (125 x 74mm). Woodcut vignettes on titles of each part, 20 engraved folding plates and 2 folding tables. Later calf with gilt border, speckeld edges (lilght wear to spine). Provenance: ownership inscription dated 1654 on title. Sold as a collection of maps and not subject to return.
