Title within woodcut border, initials, printer's device at end (title and second leaf reinforced and restored, some waterstaining, small clean tear in margin of G1 and repaired tear in 3B3 in second part, occasional repairs and browning, final leaf with small stain). Modern vellum, marbled decoration on panels, manuscript title on spine. Provenance: ownership inscription on title - later annotations.
