Engraved portrait of the author, woodcut initials and headpieces (without final blank, bookplate removed on front endpaper, wormtracks touching the text in the first 3 gatherings, tear restored at vv1 and 3+1, some staining and spotting). 18th-century half speckled calf with gilt title on spine, red speckled edges (some worming and light wear). Provenance: two early erased ownership inscriptions on title - Joannes Basozzi Farini (ownership inscription on title) - few contemporary cropped annotations.
