Curiosa coppia di statuette in porcellana blanc de Chine, raffiguranti un uomo e una donna su delle rocce, a torso nudo, con i capelli rivolti all'indietro. AYERS, China for the West, Chinese Porcelain & other Decorative Arts for Export Illustrated from the Mottadeh Collection, London, Sotehby Parke Bernet, 1978, p. 93 n. 54. La coppia figurava nell'inventario di Dresda del 1721 ed è datata ai secc. XVII - inizio XVIII. Gli autori suppongono che le due figure possano rappresentare immagini occidentali portate in Cina attraverso stampe, come le figure di Adamo ed Eva, oppure figure di schiavi o nativi di regioni esotiche.
