A celadon and apple green jadeite tripod censer, the body carved in high relief with taotie masks and supported on three lion-form legs, the pierced cover similarly decorated, surmounted by a coiled dragon and three elephant heads suspending loose rings (some losses), with a wooden base and a box marked "BULGARI, ROMA" China, circa 1900 (h. 17.5 cm.)
