Bruni, a native of Rimini, was at the court of Urbino under the protection of Isabella d'Este.   8vo (149 x 93mm). Title within an elegant historiated woodcut frame signed G.B., large printer's device at the end, text within a pink frame probably made by the binder (very light occasional spotting). 19th-century dark leather, gilt title on spine (extremities rubbed, top edge of spine slightly restored). Provenance: Robert Samuel Turner (bookplate and ownership inscription dated 1838).
