First work with Wechel's Pegasus device on title and final verso, 122 full-page woodcuts (including one repeated three times), one half-page cut, numerous text diagrams (lower margin of title repaired but with same stamp on original and repaired part, some occasional repairs and light staining). 19th-century blue morocco, endpapers watermarked ""Ingres"" (small bump on lower margin of spine).
