Printer's device on titles, the third with a view of Jerusalem, numerous illustrations including some large-format, woodcut initials (occasional browning and foxing, some staining, repair to outer margin of A1v with some loss and some other losses with manuscript reintegration, crease on third title, final leaves slightly trimmed at outer margin with reinforced corners, small clean tears to final leaf, without final blank). 18th-century half calf over marbled boards, spine decorated in gilt with title on red label (lightly rubbed).
